Intrepid Cohort

WHO IS THIS COHORT FOR?

Do you have a heart to love and reach under-reached and off-the-beaten path kinds of places? Do you have an interest in learning a skill and starting a business or non-profit for the blessing of a community and the spread of the gospel? Are we speaking your language? If so, the Intrepid cohort is for you.

WHAT DOES THIS COHORT ENTAIL?

Knowing the easy disconnect between information and transformation, we've embraced the Hebraic learning approach we see in Jesus. Rather than help people think their way into a new way of acting (the Hellenistic approach), He invited the disciples to come act their way into a new way of thinking. To that end, we designed a 12 month journey to help you develop the foundation and framework you need to combine startups, disciplemaking, and community development with Good News.

  1. Social Entrepreneurship and Community Economic Development - Jeremiah 29:4-7 paints a picture of how God's people can bless their city and embody the gospel by starting new businesses or non-profits for the betterment of their community. We help you identify where and how to do this as you study, learn, develop, and implement action steps towards launching your idea.

  2. Extending the Freedom and Family of Jesus - By diving into the beliefs and behaviors of gospel movement in the New Testament you'll be encouraged and equipped to find rest, slow down, and begin inviting others into communities of grace and belonging.

  3. Coaching and Content Within a Community - Future entrepreneurs/planters gain key skills for this unique endeavor through entrepreneurial mentorship, theological/biblical training, and coaching in connecting with strategic partners alongside a community.
